Refunds are only given under the following circumstances;

Goods have a fault that the customer could not have known about at the time of purchase

Goods do not do the job the customer was led to believe they would

Goods do not match a sample they were shown

Goods aren't as they were described

A refund will not be given for the following reasons;

no proof of purchase is offered

the customer simply changes their mind

the customer bought them for someone else who doesn't want them

the goods have been damaged after the purchase

A refund is paid on the sale value of the goods only and does not include any delivery, insurance or handling charges (if applicable). Please call us if you need any further information or clarification.
 
If a refund is to be paid the product must first be returned to us in original condition as sold.
 
This includes all packaging manuals and supplied accessories ect.
