Q&A: Lee McAlilly from Original Fuzz
Original Fuzz began when Lee McAlilly and Zach Lever met in college and started playing in bands together. Zach would carry his pedals around in a pharmaceutical ad covered gym bag and the two of them had an idea to upgrade this bag into something more practical for musicians. Since the initial bag idea the company has grown to build a wide range of camera and guitar straps from unique textiles from around the world. We recently had a chat with Lee about what goes on behind the scenes at Original Fuzz, what it's like working and living in Nashville and a heap more.

Q&A: Yoshihiro Ikegami from Boss

With the plan being for me to sit down and have a chat with the president of Boss, Yoshihiro Ikegami. After failing miserably at trying to navigate to Roland HQ, I ended up having a chat with Yoshihiro over Skype whilst only a few hundred measly miles away about how he got started at Roland, designing some of music's most iconic processors and the Boss ethos towards taking guitar forward.

What is Recorded Music's Greatest Year?
The last few months in store has involved some heated debate brought about by listening to Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time list. Lists like this are highly subjective and when it comes down to it quite trivial, but listening to it has never the less sparked plenty of conversation about a wide range of different things. It also got us thinking about what was music's greatest year for album releases?
