CRY BABY: THE PEDAL THAT ROCKS THE WORLD DOCUMENTARY

Published May 29 by Tom Grubb.
This is from a while back, but is still great viewing so we figured we'd post it up on here for your perusal. The wah pedal was one of the effects that completely changed the face of electric guitar forever. This documentary features interviews from Buddy Guy, Slash, Jerry Cantrell, Eddie Van Halen, Zakk Wylde, Kirk Hammett and many more as well as tracing its accidental origins at the Thomas Organ Company, through to the popularization of the Cry Baby and Vox Wah. Its widespread use since Jimi Hendrix and psychadelic rock all the way to its influence on popular music as we know it.

Well worth 57 minutes and 16 seconds of your time.
