Prior to dispatch one of our staff members will inspect all goods to ensure they are as the manufacturer intended them to be. Please take the time to choose your product carefully as we do not offer a trial period on your purchase.
WARRANTY

All new products are sold within the suppliers limited warranty. World of Music does not have the authorisation to determine if a product is eligible for warranty and this can only be authorised by the Australian suppliers accredited service agent, however if the product was purchased from us then we are in most instances the best people to handle to the warranty repair or replacement for you. All second hand products purchased from World of Music have a 6 month store warranty. Conditions of supplier or store warranty are available free of charge in text format upon request to World of Music 809 Nepean Hwy, Brighton East VIC 3187.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT AND PRICING INFORMATION

World of Music does not accept liability for incorrect spelling, printing errors including prices for any products listed on the website. We endeavour to have our website as accurate and representative as possible though as prices, manufacturer's specifications and availability can change so quickly, this information is subject to change without notice (including after you have submitted your order). Most goods listed on our website are available for immediate delivery.
At World of Music we do our best to beat or match any advertised price from any legitimate Australian supplier and we don't expect you to pay us more than what you can get it for elsewhere. We take into consideration the item, the condition of the item and any added value or service ourselves or our competitor may be offering. If the proposition is the same then we will do our upmost to match or beat this price.
RETURN POLICY

Refunds are given under the following circumstances:

  • Goods have a fault that the customer could not have known about at the time of purchase.
  • Goods do not deliver the function that the customer was led to believe they would.
  • Goods do not match the sample they were shown.
  • Goods are not as they were described.
Refunds will not be given under the following circumstances:
  • No proof of purchase is offered.
  • The customer simply changes their mind.
  • The customer bought the goods for someone else who doesn't want them.
  • The goods are not returned in the condition they left in.
If a refund is to be paid then the product must be returned in its original condition as sold. This includes all packaging, manuals and supplied accessories.

A refund is paid on the sale value of the goods only and does not include any delivery, insurance or handling charges (If applicable). Please contact shop@worldofmusic.com.au or call (03) 9557 8600 for any further information or clarification.

If you are looking to return an item that does not meet our full refund conditions then your are subject to a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the sale price of the returned goods.

The above policy is not inclusive of your statutory rights under Australian consumer law.
