We trust that you are all doing your best out there and staying healthy and safe!
We are open in-store.
As government regulations require at this time, we ask that you follow the below requirements upon entering the store:
-Customers must wear a mask.
-Customers must sanitise upon entry.
-We have placed a strict limit of 20 customers allowed into the store at any one time, this means you may be required to wait outside until existing customers have completed their transactions and left the store.
-Upon entry, customer details for contact tracing will need to be provided if spending longer than 10 minutes in the store. This can be done simply by scanning the supplied QR code at the store.
-Please remember that 1.5m social distancing for other customers and staff must be adhered too.
-Our online & warehouse team continue to process orders. Due to current circumstances, we are dealing with an increased number of online orders so we ask for your understanding if it takes an extra day or so to process or access stock.
-Our couriers are also working overtime at the present and we ask for your understanding that you may experience longer shipping times than usual, although services we use have been pretty normal.
