One of Gibson’s Most Distinctive Acoustic Instruments
The unmistakable Gibson Hummingbird is followed by the masses as one of the most remarkable acoustic guitars ever built. The new Hummingbird Original blends vintage appointments and today’s modern, high-quality build construction. Outfitted with gold Gotoh Keystone tuners, double antiqued binding, a traditional Hummingbird truss rod cover, and a bone nut and saddle, it’s available in Antique Natural or Heritage Cherry Sunburst finish.
The look and feel of a well-loved vintage icon
Introduced in 1960 as Gibson’s first square-shoulder acoustic guitar, the Hummingbird arrived at the dawn of a new era in music and was rapidly embraced by the prime movers on the scene. The 1960 Hummingbird Heavy Aged from Gibson Custom brings back the magic of those very first Hummingbird models for today’s players to enjoy. Built with a thermally aged Sitka spruce top that is supported with Gibson’s traditional hand-scalloped X-bracing for vintage-inspired tone, the 1960 Hummingbird Heavy Aged reflects the appearance and performance of those early icons. It features a mahogany neck with a round profile and a compound dovetail neck-to-body joint that is set using hot hide glue, a bound Indian rosewood fretboard with a 24.75” (628.65 mm) scale length, 12” fretboard radius, mother of pearl Parallelogram inlays, and 20 standard frets. The solid mahogany back and sides feature multi-ply top and back binding. The 1960 Hummingbird Heavy Aged is equipped with a fixed bone bridge, bone nut, and bone bridge pins, the instantly-identifiable casted Hummingbird pickguard with its famous Hummingbird graphics, and smooth-turning, gold Gotoh tuners with Keystone buttons for great vintage-style looks and solid tuning stability.
It has been masterfully aged by the artisans of the Murphy Lab to give it the look and feel of a long-cherished musical companion. Expect a heavy weather-checked finish, heavy belt buckle wear, light arm wear, and light neck wear. Here’s your chance to own one of Gibson’s most coveted vintage acoustic guitar models, with all the tone, vibe, playability, and appearance of a well-seasoned vintage original without the vintage price tag and potential issues that can accompany a sixty-year-old guitar. A period-correct black with goldenrod interior hardshell case from Gibson Custom is included, along with a certificate of authenticity.

The Newest Member of the Reissue Family
Gibson Custom Shop is the pinnacle of craftsmanship, quality, and sound excellence. Each instrument celebrates Gibson’s legacy through accuracy, authenticity and attention to detail.
Regardless of the fact that George Harrison and Eric Clapton rocked a ’64 SG Standard, that model year was clearly a standout for SGs in general. The clunky side-pull vibrato had been replaced by the dependable Maestro Vibrola. The neck profiles had increased in size, resembling the profile found on 1959 Les Pauls. And the balance, playability and look of the SG seemed to come into its own. For all those reasons, the Gibson Custom Shop is proud to present the newest member of the Historic Reissue family — the 1964 SG Standard Reissue. Along with the Maestro Vibrola and chunky neck profile, it has all the hyper-accurate vintage specs one could possibly want — original construction methods, a real red aniline dye finish, chemically-recreated plastics, replica electronics, and more. The result is perhaps the best looking, feeling and sounding SG Reissue yet.

The most striking features of the new SJ-200 Original include the carved four bar Moustache bridge, an engraved tortoise pickguard, mother-of-pearl crown fretboard and headstock inlay, and exquisite flamed maple back and sides. The SJ-200 is an American original with its shape and elegant appearance.
The light and loaded ES-335
From its inaugural appearance in 1958, the Gibson ES-335 has remained an unmatched standard, prized for its versatility and rich tonal palette. The ES-335 Figured preserves the same classic construction while adding an AAA figured maple top for an elevated visual statement. Its laminated maple/poplar/maple body and solid maple centre block help control feedback while retaining the airy resonance that has made the ES-335 beloved by players across genres—from warm jazz to articulate rock, and all sonic stops in between.
A mahogany neck with a Rounded C profile provides a comfortable grip, whether you’re playing chords in the lower register or exploring melodic lines further up. The bound rosewood fretboard with acrylic Small Block inlays offers a timeless aesthetic, with Vintage Deluxe tuners with Keystone buttons completing the classic headstock look. Paired with a lightweight aluminium ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge and Stop Bar tailpiece, players can count on precise, stable tuning and accurate intonation for every performance. Calibrated T-Type humbuckers deliver a dynamic blend of vintage-inspired sweetness and modern definition, while hand-wired controls with Orange Drop capacitors in the tone circuit ensure responsive, musical adjustments to volume and tone.
Renowned for its comfort and remarkable sonic adaptability, the ES-335 Figured stands as both a nod to the original 1958 model with a refined visual aesthetic. Its striking figured top, adaptable electronics, and comfortable design make it a standout choice for players seeking classic tone and modern reliability in one elegant package.
