All new products are sold within the supplier’s limited warranty. World of Music does not have the authorisation to determine if a product is eligible for warranty and this can only be authorised by the Australian suppliers accredited service agent, however, if the product was purchased from us then we are in most instances the best people to handle to the warranty repair or replacement for you. All second-hand products purchased from World of Music have a 6-month store warranty. World of Music does not accept liability for incorrect spelling, or printing errors including prices, availability or discontinuity of any products listed on the website. If you are looking to return an item that does not meet our full refund conditions then you are subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be applied to the sale price of the returned goods.

For security reasons, some credit card transactions may require additional identification after purchase. You will be contacted by our online team to verify that you’re the valid account holder of the used credit card. We do this using a simple process called Nominal Refund or Charge and once confirmed, authentication is complete and the goods will be released.
Layby’s are offered over a 3 month period with a 10% deposit. Layby cancellation’s will attract a 10% cancellation fee of the total agreed price of the layby.
