It’s important to us that your shopping experience works out just the way you planned it. We have listed our delivery method and terms below.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver products Australia-wide using Australia Post and a range of different couriers. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the total before checkout.

Free Freight

Free freight applies to products that exceed $200 in total and are below a shipping weight* of 30kg to metropolitan areas in VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT and SA. It does not include areas in far north QLD, NT, WA or TAS or any non-metropolitan or remote areas within Australia as determined by us.

We reserve the right to withdraw our free freight policy at any time.

Orders listed as “In Stock” are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated between 1 – 7 business days depending on your location within Australia. For items listed as “Pre-order available” our Online Sales Team will contact you with an up-to-date ETA and to discuss alternatives or a refund should the time frame not be suitable.

All deliveries are fully insured by us for your peace of mind and to ensure that your goods arrive in the correct condition and in a timely manner.

*Shipping Weight is different from actual weight as it factors both actual weight and package size when calculating shipping cost, this is accounting for how the package’s dimensions affect the space required for transportation.

Shipping Destinations

If you live in a remote area we are happy to contact our couriers to get an estimated delivery time for you. If you send an email to sales@worldofmusic.com.au then we can respond to you with the information as soon as we can within business hours, Monday – Friday 10am – 5:30pm.

Customer Service Policy

We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Our delivery time frame is generally between 1 – 7 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

In most cases, images of products on our website are marketing images supplied to us by the individual brand. Please be mindful that in the case of woods/timbers used on various instruments, the product images may vary from the product you receive.
