Cole Clark Recording AN2EC All-Rosewood

Cole Clark guitars are known for combining traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation, using sustainably sourced timbers and precision construction to create instruments with exceptional responsiveness and tonal depth. The RAN2EC-RRE is an all-solid timber cutaway Recording Grand Auditorium, featuring an internally carved top and back for enhanced resonance and projection. Built with a rosewood top, back, and sides, it delivers a rich, full-bodied tone with strong low-end presence, clear mids, and articulate highs.

Equipped with the Cole Clark PG3s pickup system, the guitar offers a highly natural amplified sound, accurately capturing the instrument’s dynamics for both live performance and studio work. The neck is crafted from Queensland maple, paired with an ebony fretboard and bridge for a smooth, stable playing experience. A 44mm nut width, 12″ radius, and 25.5″ scale length provide a familiar and versatile feel suited to a wide range of playing styles.

Additional premium components include Grover machine heads for reliable tuning stability and a Graph Tech Tusq nut and saddle for consistent tone and sustain. The guitar is finished in a natural satin nitrocellulose finish, allowing the timber to breathe and age gracefully over time. Subtle aesthetic touches such as an inlaid timber rosette and abalone dot inlays complement its understated, organic look.

Strung with D’Addario XS Phosphor Bronze 12–53 strings and supplied with a Cole Clark tweed hardcase (with pickguard included in the case), the RAN2EC-RRE is a road-ready, high-performance instrument designed for players who value tone, playability, and refined craftsmanship. Please note that left-handed versions are unavailable, and timber grain may vary.
