The four independent sound engines in V-STAGE recreate timeless keyboard instruments in stunning detail, drawing on decades of Roland development to provide a deeply immersive playing experience. With the ability to seamlessly mix, match, and adjust engines in real time, you'll always stay in the musical moment.

• Acoustic Piano: Tap into four strikingly expressive instruments, including two grand pianos, an upright, and a new felt piano with a unique velvety sound. Backed by our famous V-Piano technology, every note reveals authentic acoustic detail and rich tonal depth, realised through an exquisitely modelled system of virtual string behaviours, soundboard materials, and hammer construction. Adjust the brightness, sound width, and key touch as you play. And go deeper with Piano Designer tools to unlock temperament, sympathetic resonance, and other detailed parameters.
• Electric Piano: Bring the sound of classic electric pianos to your performances, including beautifully rich tine EPs, punchy reed models, Roland digital icons from the 1980s, and the soulful bite of a retro clavinet. This newly developed engine offers a wide range of sound options, complete with flexible tone-shaping and articulation controls. The powerful Sound Lift knob enhances softer articulations without compression, preserving subtle details while ensuring clarity in dense band mixes. Along with the dedicated tremolo, amp simulator, and curated MFX, you can easily craft vibrant EP sounds for any genre or mood.
• Organ: Electrify audiences with a dynamic three-layer console organ powered by Roland's Virtual Tone Wheel technology. Our acclaimed system replicates the nuanced behaviours of actual tone wheel mechanisms, offering adjustable key click and leakage noise for a truly authentic experience. Two ’60s transistor combo models and a pipe organ are also on hand for additional versatility. Harmonic bars and percussion controls provide instant sound shaping, complemented by overdrive, vibrato/chorus, and a rotary speaker effect with mic positioning and fast-access buttons for speed and brake control.
• Synthesiser: Explore over 400 onboard ZEN-Core tones to cover solo parts and create layered textures with the other engines. Two simultaneous sounds are available with hands-on controls for shaping attack, release, filter, and more. V-STAGE also supports ZEN-Core patch and sound options on Roland Cloud, providing an ever-expanding palette of inspiration. Included with V-STAGE are free downloads of Model Expansions titles based on the JUPITER-8, JUNO-106, and other vintage Roland analog synths.

Adjust tones on the fly with knobs, buttons, and sliders that offer tailored command for sound engines and effects. And keep everything together with a 4.3-inch colour LCD and master controls for your complete setup.
• Real-time sound design: The four V-STAGE sound engines are always available, ready to craft the perfect tones for every song. Controls are intuitively organised for each engine, prioritising the most important settings for shaping piano tones, dialling in organ textures, or layering synth sounds. You can also turn each engine on/off with a press, set and reset split points, and quickly balance levels with dynamic LED-equipped knobs that show status at a glance.

• One-touch configuration: Organise and recall sounds with 512 Scenes, each containing tone, effects, and parameter settings you can tailor for every song selection. Use 128 Scene Chains to organise up to 128 Scenes for rapid-fire selection through different stage setlists. Eight special EX Scenes automatically save changes as you go, perfect for building setups in rehearsals and addressing last-minute additions to the night’s setlist.
• Seamless transitions: The speedy V-STAGE DSP eliminates the sound roadblocks that plague less powerful keyboards. Scene Remain provides smooth and natural transitions with delay/reverb carryover and no chopped-off notes. And with abundant polyphony, you can take on the most complex musical pieces without worry.
• Master your sound: Using the Master section on the V-STAGE panel, you can easily shape your overall sound to suit the environment you’re playing in. Balance the entire output with a three-band EQ and variable midrange control. Then add tightness and punch with two sophisticated compressor options that let you tweak multiple internal parameters with a simple one-knob control.

Although we are not authorised to determine if any repair is covered under warranty, if the item was purchased through World of Music, then we are often the best people to facilitate the claim for you and will do so as timely as possible. Warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage or faults that are a result of user neglect. Although your mate is really handy with a soldering iron, any product modification or home repair will also result in a void warranty.

Roland products ship via courier from either our Melbourne store or Roland’s warehouse in Sydney; fully insured for your peace of mind. Orders require a signature on delivery and we suggest using an address where someone will be present for the speediest delivery time. For delivery attempts with no one present to sign, your order will be taken to the courier depot and a card will be left for you to organise redelivery.
