Part of the New Original Collection Gibson Guitar Range, is the Gibson SG Standard ’61 Vintage Cherry 2019 model. Which is part of the SG Standard Series. In 1961 the Les Paul Standard received total overhaul, resulting in design that turned into what we now know as the SG. The new Gibson SG Standard ’61 retains the styling of the original featuring a slim taper mahogany neck and a bound rosewood fingerboard. The mahogany body features period correct, deeply sculpted body scarfing, 5-ply small early 60’s style pickguard as well as early 60’s style neck joint at the 22nd fret. Nickel-plated hardware, ABR-1 Tune-o-matic bridge and aluminum stopbar tailpiece and Vintage Keystone tuners. The pickups are period correct 61R and 61T humbuckers for a classic PAF voice with added power and top end. Available in a classy gloss Vintage Cherry finish. This guitar has a Mahogany Body, Rosewood Fretboard, and utilises Burstbucker 61R and 61T with Vintage Deluxe Tuners with Keystone Buttons.
It seems incredible in hindsight but in the early 1960s, the Kalamazoo factory, home to both Epiphone and Gibson instruments, ceased production of the Les Paul guitar and in its place, created the “SG” design. And as it so often does, changes in guitar design also influenced bass design, too. With the Les Paul (temporarily) out of the picture, the SG took over. And for a time during that golden era, the classic SG bass was the historic factory’s sole electric bass offering.
But the EB-0 “SG” bass was by no means a cast-off. It quickly became one of the most attractive basses of the day and players like Bill Wyman of The Rolling Stones, Cream’s Jack Bruce and The Who’s John Entwistle made the “EB” style bass a hitmaker. Now, Epiphone presents the EB-0, a stunning recreation of the vintage marvel that has the tone and feel of the original without the vintage price tag and vintage problems.
The Epiphone Les Paul Studio from the Inspired by Gibson™ Collection is the modern version of the 80s classic originally intended for players seeking the classic Les Paul™ sound with no frills and less weight due to the Ultra Modern weight relief.
Featuring Epiphone-designed Alnico Classic™ Humbuckers™ with push/pull volume controls for coil splitting, CTS® potentiometers for the tone controls, world-class Grover® machine heads.

The Mono M80 Acoustic Guitar Case can be found in the hands of influential musicians from Brooklyn to Seoul to São Palo and everywhere in between. Its patented protective features and light weight hybrid shell revolutionized the way we travel with our guitars, and brought musician luggage into the 21st century. Years of feedback from working artists has driven countless tiny improvements, proving that this original design just gets better with time. If you own a guitar, you should own a MONO.
360° PROTECTION
DROP-PROOF
The patented Headlock™ design provides a level of protection worthy of the finest instruments. Your guitar quickly straps in and remains stabilized during transport. The headstock is suspended inside the case, saving the guitar from both side and rear impacts that could otherwise snap the neck. The result is a super light case that is ready for anything life brings.
STRAP PIN PROTECTION
Mono M80 Acoustic Guitar Case Hi-density foam bumpers divert vertical impacts out and around the lower bout of the guitar, away from the strap pin.
Integral ABS panels deliver hardcase protection at a fraction of the weight. (MONO cases weigh in at about 75% less than their hardcase counterparts.) The reinforced outer shell of the Mono M80 Acoustic Guitar Case absorbs and deflects hard impact away from the vulnerable areas of the guitar.
Most MONO cases come equipped with the triple D-ring attachments required for the optional Classic Tick Accessory Case, the modular tool case designed to extend the storage capacity of your guitar case. The Classic Tick Accessory Case seamlessly and securely attaches to the case as shown. Some older cases may not be Tick-ready – please contact support if you have questions about the Tick-compatibility of your MONO case.
PLUG AND PLAY
Everything in its place. Specialized storage compartments put your gear right where you need it.
The hidden upper pocket keeps your wallet, keys, and cell concealed. Pen slots double as tool storage. Business card storage and a durable key clip are also included.
BUILT TO LAST
WEAR IT OUT
Mono build their cases to military specs, using only high-test materials with extreme resistance to abrasion and the elements. Inside, the plush lining protects delicate custom finishes. Outside, the water-resistant Sharkskin™ shell keeps you on the move, rain or shine. 100% animal free.
RIVETED HANDLE & HYPALON SOLE
Rock solid, industrial webbing handles come standard on MONO cases. Bar-tack stitching and steel rivets reinforce for strength, while high grade webbing provides a super comfortable grip.
Mono M80 Acoustic Guitar Case features a hard-wearing sole and piping made of Hypalon – the same industrial rubber used to create inflatable military rafts. This sole simply does not wear out.
DIMENSIONS & FITTING
LIKE A GLOVE
These measurements represent the inner capacity of the case. If you are unsure about the fit for your guitar, make sure it does not exceed any of the maximum dimensions shown just to be safe. This case is designed to fit standard body dreadnought guitars including Fender, Gibson, Martin, Yamaha, Washburn. Also usually the best fit for full hollow body guitars and archtops.
